In our many years in this breed, we have bred titled dogs in both work and show as well as many home guardians.

We are one of the few Neapolitan Mastiff kennells with actual experience in protection work, without which knowing the true character of a dog is impossible.

All pups we breed are from fully tested parents, tested for both temperament and genetic health, all dogs have had a full panel of over 40 DNA tests done.

Our temperament tests are done by a well qualified protection trainer, no dog which does not pass is used, we breed toward the most stable, reliable home companion and protector we possibly can, no one who does not test their dogs as rigidly as we do can rightly make claims of having either better than average health or good temperaments. Even we cannot claim to have perfection, health problems still arise,as do unsuitable temperaments, anyone stating otherwise in any breed is either a fool or a liar.

Kirra, below, is in pup to Windsmoke Alonso on right, photo was taken when he was only 11 or12 months old he is a great dog, his temperament is all you could ask for, he will fill out late as a good dog should, those who fill out too early are somewhat like meat chickens, they tend to have more bone problems.

He will mature into a very impressive dog, not perhaps one to suit some tastes, but for those who want a dog with solid,sound stucture, excellent temperament and fluid, perfect movement this dog will have it all.

Alonso has been hip and elbow scored with very good results, hips 12, this is great for a Neapolitan Mastiff, these dogs tend to have loose joints and indeed should not be too tight, otherwise movement is stilted and restricted, Alonso moves beautifully. His elbows at less than 1 are nearly perfect.

He has also had 47 DNA tests done his final printed report is not yet in as these tests take a long time to get the final verified, printed report on, however we do already know he has not tested as affected for anything, when this is verified and his final report sent in I will publish it.,

Kirra has also had 47 DNA tests done same results as above, not scored due to her age when we bought her but is sound at five years old and like Alonso her mother was an ABCALERT bitch from a stucturaly sound line.

Pups are due in June, and there will be very few to spare.
